I, for one, am never sure just what the rules and regulations are for this wonderful game of duplicate bridge that we as players all love. Often I find myself confused as to what the rules and regulations of duplicate bridge really are. It appears to me that the view I have is often not the same as the view of someone else. In fact, sometimes several people all have a different view. I have being thinking about this for quite awhile and came up with an idea as to what might sort out my confusions, and those of other duplicate bridge players should they be interested.
